About Hope Children's Home
As a top-rated non-profit on Charity Navigator, Hope Children's Home rescues children who have been abused, discarded, orphaned, or put into other difficult situations. The children rescued by the organization range from infant to 18 years of age and live in dormitories or cottages on the 55-acre campus in northwest Tampa, Florida. Hope Children's Home offers a family environment by maintaining a staff of dedicated house parents who are on-site 24 hours a day. The home also maintains a Christian school that provides students with a high-quality education, a rounded sports program, and information about God’s word.
In an effort to expand and provide care to more children, the organization recently opened a new campus in Clovis, New Mexico. The first phase of construction on the new campus has been completed, but the home requires additional donations and support to begin the second phase. Currently the home in New Mexico is able to care for up to 16 children.
